The Details
Mark your calendar for a day where the fairway becomes your classroom. Leadership Field Day is part of the GWMB Foundation's New Leader Readiness Pilot, using golf as a hands-on leadership laboratory. Stepping into more responsibility calls for judgment, composure, and clear decisions under pressure. Golf is where we practice exactly that, in real time, with applied coaching rather than abstract theory.

Who This Is For
Leadership Field Day was built for college students and early-career professionals, ages 21 to 30. Open to all with no golf background needed. Whether you've never held a club or you play every weekend, you will be set up to enjoy the day.
College Students
You're stepping into internships, leadership roles, and early responsibilities. This experience gives you practical tools, judgment, composure, and communication before the pressure is fully on.
Early-Career Professionals
You're in your first team-lead role or building towards one. Leadership Field Day gives you hands-on reps in decision-making and accountability that no workshop can replicate.
Anyone Ready to Grow
Ages 21–30, open to all backgrounds. If you're committed to leading yourself first and growing into more responsibility, this day was designed for you.
